Care Coordinator II (RN)
The Care Coordinator II (RN) addresses the needs of the population served by assessing, planning, implementing, coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating the options and services required and using communication and available resources to promote quality, cost-effective health outcomes. Working within the Registered Nurse scope of practice, and in concert with the Primary Care Provider, patient, caregivers, family members, other members of the Care Management Team and the community to coordinate a full continuum of health care services considering the holistic needs of the member, inclusive of unique social and cultural dynamics.
The Care Coordinator II will support OIC’s goals and objectives in meeting performance improvement targets for various initiatives, data analysis that supports care management, standardized plan of care expectations, and patient team development. Position will participate in QI activities as needed


Medical Credentialing Specialist
Responsible for all aspects of the credentialing, re-credentialing, verification, and privileging processes for all medical providers who provide patient care at and for OIC, which includes Dental, Behavioral Health as well as Primary Care. Responsible for ensuring providers are credentialed, appointed, and privileged with health plans, hospitals, and patient care facilities. Maintain up-to-date data for each provider on the Credentialing Grid and ensure timely renewal of licenses and certifications.

Medical Billing Supervisor
Oversee Billing Department and the preparation and billing of all third-party claims to appropriate payers timely and accurately within reimbursement guidelines. Supervise billing staff, plan their schedules, and monitor output to ensure accuracy in coding, write-offs, billing charges and the satisfaction of HIPPA, state and federal regulations, Medicare, Medicaid and private insurers’ guidelines and requirements. Assure all payments are received in a timely manner and all receivable data for general ledger reporting purposes is documented. Update procedures based on frequently changing reimbursement guidelines and cross train staff in all duties.

Referral Specialist
The Referral Specialist will assist patients unable to access specialty care services due to insurance or other barriers. The Referral Specialist will coordinate the referral made by the Provider to the most effective specialty or required care and provide ongoing follow up on patients’ status inside and outside the health care arena. The Referral Specialist will participate in QI activities as needed.



VABS Project Management Coordinator
The VABS Project Management Coordinator will be responsible for the overall administration of the projects and initiatives of the department under the direction of the Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO). Position will create and implement systems to intake, prioritize, track, and support completion of projects and tasks.
