Truck Driver – (OTR-Long Haulers)

The OTR (Long-Haul Overnight) Truck Driver is responsible for picking up and dropping off deliveries throughout the USA. This position will be out on the road for 2 to 3 weeks consecutively with no return home during that time.

Dental Hygienist (RDH Required)

Promotes dental health by completing dental prophylaxis; providing oral cancer screening and radiographic studies; charting conditions of decay and disease; and performing procedures in compliance with the Dental Practice Act. The position will participate in QI activities as needed.

Highway Construction Trades Instructor

The Highway Construction Trades Instructor will facilitate classes that will teach basic skills and provide preliminary knowledge for working in highway construction. This knowledge will include the operation of heavy equipment, safety requirements, and understanding of laws/regulations pertaining to highway construction, among other things.

VABS Billing Specialist

The VABS Billing Specialist is responsible for OIC’s Value Added Business Services (VABS) invoicing, collection, P.O. reconciliation, and data entry according to the documentation and procedure manuals for VABS.

Billing Specialist

Oversee the preparation and billing of all third-party claims to appropriate payers accurately within reimbursement guidelines.  Audit patient encounter forms, patient accounts, electronic billing reports and all HCFA forms to insure accuracy in coding and charges.  Process all payments received in a timely manner and document all receivable data for reporting purposes.  Update procedures based on frequently changing reimbursement guidelines and cross train in all duties with other billing staff.  Perform all billing functions on a monthly rotational schedule by facility.

Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst is responsible for maintaining and ensuring the accuracy of the company’s financial system, records, and banking transactions.

Dental Patient Services Representative

The Dental Patient Services Representative is responsible for reviewing patient accounts to ensure accuracy; maintaining the appearance and order of the Dental office; patient scheduling and patient management; collecting, posting and managing accounts for dental payments; verification of insurances to ensure coverage of our patient base by working with clinical and administrative staff, insurance companies, and referral sources. Position will participate in QI activities as needed.

Clinical Medical Assistant (CMA)

Performs Clinical duties as they pertain outpatient clinical care. Assists provider (Physician/Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant) with medical procedures and tests in conjunction with patient visits. Position will participate in QI activities as needed.

Construction Worker Apprentice

The Construction Worker Apprentice will work under the supervision of the Journey Carpentry and Construction Site Supervisor assisting them in their duties while training to gain a better understanding of the trade.

Construction Site Supervisor

The Construction Site Supervisor is Master Carpenter responsible for providing supervision of OIC, Inc.’s Construction Site Supervisors, and construction sites which includes directing the work of the construction crew and ensuring all safety and quality standards are adhered to.

Experience-Level Carpenter

The Experience-Level Carpenter is responsible for safe construction, installation, and repair of wooden structures. Position is required to read and interpret architectural blueprints, diagrams, and building plans and determine the type and amount of material required for each project.

Construction Worker

The Construction Worker will carry out skilled on OIC’s construction projects as directed by Construction Site Supervisor and Construction Manager.

Assistant Construction Site Supervisor/Master Carpenter

The Assistant Construction Site Supervisor/Master Carpenter is responsible for assisting with the supervision of OIC’s construction sites which includes helping the Construction Site Supervisor direct the work of the construction crew and ensuring all safety and quality standards are adhered to.

Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner and/or Physician Assistant

We are urgently recruiting for a part-time mid-level provider with experience working in an urgent care setting. Hours for the OIC Specialty Care Center are as follows: Monday – Saturday, 8am – 8pm and Sunday, 10am – 6pm.

SCC Rotating Provider Schedule is as follows:

6 days on (Friday – Wednesday)

5 days off (Thursday – Monday)

1 day on (Tuesday)

2 days off (Wednesday – Thursday)

Dental Assistant II

Supports dental care delivery by preparing treatment room, patient, instruments, and materials; passing instruments and materials; performing procedures in compliance with the dental practice act. This position will occasionally coordinate community outreach programs and activities by working with culturally diverse, underserved children and families and will be responsible for the promotion and awareness of access to OIC’s dental programs for all ages in order to aid in the fulfillment of the organization’s goals and mission.

The position will participate in QI activities as needed.

Family Medical Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner

The Physician’s Assistant or Nurse Practitioner responsible for providing competent, appropriate and legal primary care services to OIC patients. Position will participate in QI activities as needed.
