Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner and/or Physician Assistant
We are urgently recruiting for a part-time mid-level provider with experience working in an urgent care setting. Hours for the OIC Specialty Care Center are as follows: Monday – Saturday, 8am – 8pm and Sunday, 10am – 6pm.
SCC Rotating Provider Schedule is as follows:
6 days on (Friday – Wednesday)
5 days off (Thursday – Monday)
1 day on (Tuesday)
2 days off (Wednesday – Thursday)

Dental Assistant II
Supports dental care delivery by preparing treatment room, patient, instruments, and materials; passing instruments and materials; performing procedures in compliance with the dental practice act. This position will occasionally coordinate community outreach programs and activities by working with culturally diverse, underserved children and families and will be responsible for the promotion and awareness of access to OIC’s dental programs for all ages in order to aid in the fulfillment of the organization’s goals and mission.
The position will participate in QI activities as needed.

Medical Billing Supervisor
Oversee Billing Department and the preparation and billing of all third-party claims to appropriate payers timely and accurately within reimbursement guidelines. Supervise billing staff, plan their schedules, and monitor output to ensure accuracy in coding, write-offs, billing charges and the satisfaction of HIPPA, state and federal regulations, Medicare, Medicaid and private insurers’ guidelines and requirements. Assure all payments are received in a timely manner and all receivable data for general ledger reporting purposes is documented. Update procedures based on frequently changing reimbursement guidelines and cross train staff in all duties.

Referral Specialist
The Referral Specialist will assist patients unable to access specialty care services due to insurance or other barriers. The Referral Specialist will coordinate the referral made by the Provider to the most effective specialty or required care and provide ongoing follow up on patients’ status inside and outside the health care arena. The Referral Specialist will participate in QI activities as needed.

IBH Patient Services Representative
The IBH Patient Services Representative is responsible for inputting complete, correct patient demographic information, updating all patient financial data, verifying and documenting patient benefits on each account, maintaining order of IBH office, assisting Director of Integrated Behavioral Health with administrative tasks and duties. Position will participate in QI activities as needed.

Patient Services Representative (SCC)
The Patient Services Representative is responsible for inputting complete, correct patient demographic information, updating all patient financial data, verifying and documenting patient benefits on each account. The position will participate in QI activities as needed.
The position is located at the OIC Specialty Care Center.
· Monday -Friday 11 am to 8:00 pm with the potential hours available every other Saturday.
