HIRING RANGE: $115,000 to $ 130,000 Annually
Position Purpose
Performs Clinical duties as they pertain outpatient clinical care. Assists provider (Physician/Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant) with medical procedures and tests in conjunction with patient visits. Position will participate in QI activities as needed.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide advice and consultation to patients as needed and requested including explanation of dosage, usage, side effects, and consequences of improper use.
- Manage the pharmaceutical budget, ensuring that the operation of the department is within budget guidelines.
- Provide oversight and approval of all prescription insurance rebills and adjustments.
- Assist with the development, use, analysis, and feedback of clinical performance measurement indicators, processes, and audits.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly pharmacy reports as required.

Qualifications
- Degree from a college or school of pharmacy accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), such as a Doctor of Pharmacy Program (Pharm.D.)
- Must hold a current, unrestricted North Carolina pharmacist license (North American Pharmacist Licensure Exam, or NAPLEX).
- One to three years of experience working in a retail (ambulatory) pharmacy setting.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in management.
- Understand pharmacy purchasing and procurement of drugs and 340B regulatory requirements.
- Good communication, analytical, and technical skills.
